MBA / MBI from University of Rotterdam. BA in Computer Science. Held several senior management functions in AT&T-Unisource, Infonet and BT. Prior to this function, Arnold was General Manager for global hosted contact centre solutions within BT. He has been active in the international outbound and inbound voice services since 1992. Most of his career delivering and managing services to support multi-nationally operating companies. As General Manager at BT-Infonet he was P&L and end-to-end operationally responsible for various hosted platforms.
